How a job runs

From first call to a warm house

No mystery, no surprises. The same four steps on every job.

    We survey

    An engineer comes and measures the house room by room, tests your flow rate at the stopcock, and works out the heat loss. About an hour, no obligation.

  2. 02

    We design & quote

    Sized to the calculation, not the price list. Every radiator checked, the flow temperature set low, and a fixed written price that lists what is and is not included.

  3. 03

    We install & sign off

    Our own engineers, nothing subbed out. Commissioned, balanced, certificates in your hand, and on a heat pump the £7,500 grant claimed from Ofgem by us.

Why us

A heating firm that will talk you out of it

Most installers will quote you a heat pump off a price list and put a unit on the wall without ever doing a heat loss survey. That works fine until January, when you find out the system was never designed for your house.

We built this around the opposite: survey first, size to the calculation, and an honest answer at the end — including when the honest answer is that your boiler has eight good years left, or your walls need doing before a heat pump earns its keep.
