Every one of these five towns has a different housing stock, and the housing stock is the job. Sale is Victorian terraces with no side access. Timperley is 1930s semis with a metre-wide return. Hale is big period detached with more bathrooms than the hot water system was ever designed for. Hale Barns is modern and well sealed. Altrincham is all four within ten minutes of each other.
